When you are ready to try the practice, find a quiet space where you won't be disturbed for about 15 minutes.
Sit in a comfortable, seated position. Start the audio. Gently close your eyes and enjoy the ride. :)

This is a powerful practice that is deceptively simple. It's a form of energetic self-care.
If you want to deepen your experience, practice this on a regular basis for a month or so. You will build momentum and experience a shift in your thinking, self-talk and ideation. And, I'm willing to bet, your life will feel more luxurious.
This practice is both practical and useful;
- before you start your day
- before you go to sleep.
- if you feel overwhelmed or stuck.
